The Science of Attraction
To set the stage for the event, they asked Creative Tonic to help articulate the refreshed Indeed brand and integrate it with the event theme –  The Science of Attraction: Finding the Right Fit. The clean, modern event concept and visual system highlighted Indeed’s global footprint and human capital from the stage to the website to the environment, establishing their platform as the premiere talent and opportunity connector around the globe.

The Challenge
Their first ever customer conference, Indeed Interactive put the pressure on the world’s number one job site to not only draw a crowd, but also make an impact with the best and brightest in the talent attraction business. From event theme to environment, the conference needed to reinforce the company’s new branding and secure their standing as a catalyst for putting the world to work.

Our Approach
Working with the team at Indeed, we created a visual language around their event theme – The Science of Attraction – and carried it through all aspects of the event, from web to environment and supporting materials. Visually, the theme highlighted Indeed’s global presence and leadership, combining digital mapping elements with strong photography to emphasize and humanize the connection between talent and opportunity.

A Special Introduction
To kick off the conference, we created a motion graphics piece that built excitement and set the tone for the overall event before the keynote speaker took the stage. Optimistic and energetic, it highlighted the collaboration between the company and it’s most dedicated customers and set the stage for a fun, productive session.

Onsite, we worked with the fabrication company MEC to transform the Austin Hilton and immerse attendees in the Science of Talent Attraction. Clean typography and bold pops of color helped wayfinding cues and calls-to-action on digital components stand out, while a mix of large venue spaces and impromptu gathering areas facilitated conversations large and small.

Working with Creative Tonic made a large, multi-faceted project on a tight timeline achievable. Their creativity and past experience with events was invaluable and made the overall process go much more smoothly and execution flawless.
