We’re excited to announce two projects, Cove and HRCA, were both chosen as Merit winners in the most recent HOW International Design Awards. Selected from more than 1,000 entries, these projects are 2 of 315 winning designs in this highly selective and well-regarded competition sponsored by HOW magazine that recognizes excellence on a global scale.

“These projects are a great representation of the quality and breadth of work we strive to do with and for our clients here at Creative Tonic,” said Creative Tonic CEO and Founder, Michelle Houp. “Cove and HCRA were fantastic partners in the creative process and it shows in the end results of what we were able to accomplish together.”

Cove
A travel-inspired retail retreat, Cove needed a sophisticated, high-end brand to help differentiate it from the traditional Austin look and feel. The mark and brand identity embody the spirit of the journey that combines interlocking elements and an open feel to give the brand an editorial edge and invite shoppers to explore the world of fashion.

Hill Country Ride for Aids
For 2015, The Hill Country Ride for AIDS wanted to return the Ride to its roots in laughter, love and the gay community. The resulting campaign combines bright colors, dynamic illustrations and bold patterns with a genuine, heartfelt tone to balance the spirited nature of the Ride with the seriousness of the cause.
